How long does it take to design and build a website?
The time it takes to design and build a website can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. It could be as quick as a few weeks but larger or more complex customised sites may take longer. This includes planning, design, development, content integration and testing. We'll always discuss projected timelines at the start of the project.

Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes we can build your website with a bespoke content management system (CMS) so you can easily make updates yourself if you desire. You will be able to add or edit text, images, and other content without needing technical skills, giving you control over keeping your site up to date. We usually find a mixture of content managed sections for frequently updating content and static content is the best balance for cost effective website which meets our clients objectives.

Do you provide ongoing help once the site is live?
Yes, we provide ongoing support once your website is live, including updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and advice to ensure everything runs smoothly. This can either be agreed adhoc support or via a maintenance contract if desirable. This means your site stays secure, up to date, and continues to perform at its best.

Can you provide photography?
Yes, we work with a roster of professional photographers, and can provide photography, including product shots, team photos, office or workspace images, and lifestyle photography. We can also provide art direction to ensure you get the images you need from your shoots. If professional photography isn't the right option for our project we can work with your own images or we can help source suitable stock photography.

How will my website be hosted?
We will manage your hosting using an Amazon AWS EC2 Instance in the London Region to help with your GDPR compliance. We'll work with you to agree a database and file backup structure to give you piece of mind. We have a fantastic uptime record of over 99.99%.
