(Challenge)
AB Race Cruisers have spent more than a decade handcrafting luxury race van and motorhome conversions from their Chesterfield headquarters, with hundreds of vehicles delivered to professional athletes, businesses and families across the UK and Europe. With sales teams now in the UK, Sweden and the Netherlands, they wanted a website that reflected the quality of their vans and turned interest into structured, quotable enquiries. They also wanted to remove the time-consuming job of building every quote PDF by hand.
(Approach)
We started by getting to know how AB Race Cruisers sell, spec and quote, from the first enquiry through to the workshop floor. We built an online configurator that lets customers choose a base vehicle, work through every feature group and add their own notes before sending a complete specification. We created a quote workflow behind it, where the sales team can price, amend and approve requests, and where regional sales and workshop staff each see only what's relevant to them. We automated the quote itself, so every request can generate a branded PDF on demand. We built it all on our bespoke CMS, giving the team full control over vans, packages, features and galleries, and designed the site around their own photography and video, with motion that matches the premium, handcrafted feel of the vehicles.
(Outcome)
AB Race Cruisers now have a website that does justice to the vans they build and works as hard as their sales team. Customers can spec a conversion in their own time, and every request arrives structured and ready to price. Quotes that were once built by hand are now generated automatically, freeing the team to focus on customers and builds. With regional access built in and full control over their content, the site gives them a platform to build on as they continue to grow across Europe.
