Mid-level Web Developer Position Available

We looking to expand our existing team with a mid-level web developer position (as such, candidates are expected to have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar dev roles). On the tech side, we’re primarily a macOS & LAMP based agency, and we're looking for a developer who can fit in with our existing team.
We aren’t looking for someone to churn out microsites with themes and plugins using an off-the-shelf platform; we write bespoke code on all sorts of projects: these could be anything from bespoke CMS and ecommerce platforms, through to internal web based business process tools for SMEs and multinationals, or even map-based interactive systems running on touch screen devices.
What you'll need

You'll need front and backend dev skills - and some sysadmin experience would be useful. We're a small, friendly team of 3 developers and 3 designers, with high standards - so being able to get on with the team, talk to clients and communicate your ideas is important.
You'll need to be able to manage your own workload, enjoy the challenge of finding solutions which might involve stepping out of your comfort zone, and take the initiate in exploring new technologies and critically evaluate their suitably for use in different projects.
